The Board of Nursing at the Morgellons Research Foundation (MRF) is an all-volunteer group of professional Registered Nurses. The Board is comprised of nurses with varied backgrounds.

The goal of the Nursing Board is to support research into the cause and treatment of Morgellons disease. The Board also educates the medical community and the public about Morgellons disease, the role of the MRF, and the current Morgellons investigation which is being conducted by the Centers for Disease Control.

About Our Board Members

Barbara Johnson RN, BS

Barbara is a Wholistic Healthcare Consultant, and DON for the MRF.  Her direct care background is in critical care, med surg, and home care.  She has been in administration in both hospital and home care.  For the last seven years she has been researching, and consulting on natural alternatives, with a concentration in cancer.                              

Lynn Seybold RN, BSN 

Lynn has a varied background, with a concentration in cardiac and intensive care nursing.  While currently working in a MICU, she is pursuing a career with a specialty in the research arena.           

Vicki Ward RN, CNS

Vicki has worked in the field of mental health, as a clinical nurse specialist in Adult Mental Health.  She has worked in direct care, administration, and as a consultant.  In the last five years, she has practiced with a focus on health and wellness.
